INTACT™ Pilot Plant

MedInstill offers a 5,600 square feet pilot manufacturing plant for partners interested in launching their products in Intact™ devices filled in Intact™ fillers until they get transitioned into larger manufacturing facilities. In order to optimize the process development and manufacturing scale up, MedInstill’s pilot plant is conveniently located by the Research & Development teams. As a result, the partners can draw on the expertise of the R&D teams, which developed the Intact™ technologies.

At a later stage, when transfer into the partner’s manufacturing plant, third party CMO, or co-packer becomes necessary, the same pilot plant personnel will ensure the smooth transition, technology transfer and customized hands-on training. MedInstill’s Nutrition pilot plant is FDA- registered.. The pilot plant’s diverse equipment and flexible process capabilities are able to produce sterile nutritional, topical cosmetics and liquid media products that will meet quality requirements and launch quantities.
