In June 2010, Nestle launched in Europe the Viaggi, which integrates the INTACT™ Valve and is the first fully integrated, automatic espresso and cappuccino machine with ambient storage of milk and chocolate concentrate. Viaggi, the “plug and play” integrated barista system provides gold-standard premium barista beverages, while ensuring perfect in-cup consistency and maximum food safety. At the International Hotel Catering and Food Trade Exhibition in 2011, Viaggi received the first innovation award in the Equipment Category.
